Protecting Family Land, Legacy, and Peace of Mind in the Virgin Islands
Karabo Molyneaux-Molloy, Esq. is an estate planning and probate attorney licensed in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her work is guided by a single purpose — helping Virgin Islands families protect what matters most: their homes, their heritage, and their peace of mind.
With nearly a decade of experience across public service and private practice, Karabo brings both depth and heart to every matter. Her journey began at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, where she managed probate cases and witnessed firsthand the emotional and financial strain families face when plans aren’t in place. That experience inspired her lifelong commitment to probate-avoidance estate planning — empowering clients to keep their loved ones out of court and in control.
Before founding her firm, Karabo served as an attorney at Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, where she led community workshops on wills, trusts, and deeds, making estate planning accessible to all. She later served as an Assistant Attorney General on St. Croix and as Special Counsel for disaster recovery efforts — roles that strengthened her precision, discipline, and unwavering dedication to her community’s well-being.
Today, through Karabo Molyneaux-Molloy Law Firm, PLLC, she provides compassionate, solutions-driven representation in two key areas:
-
Estate Planning for Probate Avoidance – Creating wills, trusts, and deeds that protect family property and simplify transitions.
-
Dedicated Probate Representation – Guiding families through the court process with clarity, dignity, and respect.
At the heart of her practice is a simple belief: every family deserves to preserve its story. Karabo approaches each case as a partnership built on trust, education, and empowerment — so clients can move forward with confidence, knowing their legacy is secure.
Personal Philosophy:
“I believe estate planning is an act of love — a promise to those who come after us that their foundation will be stronger, clearer, and free from unnecessary struggle.”
